Thank you for purchasing from SaudiLingo. Because we sell different types of products and services, refund terms vary depending on what you bought.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, audio lessons)
All products sold on this website are digital and delivered electronically. Because these files are delivered instantly, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital product has been delivered, except in the cases listed under "Exceptions" below.
2. Private Lessons & Courses
- You may reschedule or cancel a booked private lesson free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the lesson.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled lesson, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
- For multi-session courses or programs, refunds (full or partial) are only available before the program start date; once a course has started, sessions already delivered are non-refundable.
3. Exceptions
Regardless of product type, we will make it right if:
- You were charged incorrectly
- You did not receive access to your purchase
- A technical issue is preventing you from accessing your product
4. Unauthorized Sharing
All SaudiLingo materials are for personal use only. Sharing, uploading, reselling, or redistributing any content is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of refund eligibility and/or legal action.
5. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at hello@saudilingo.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
