In short

  • Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs.
  • Your order arrives by email within minutes of payment.

1. Digital delivery only

SaudiLingo sells books and mini books (PDF), audio tracks, online courses, private lessons and gift cards. All of them are delivered online. We do not ship physical items, so there are no shipping fees, customs charges or delivery times by post.

2. How each product arrives

  • Books, mini books and audio: an email with your download links, usually within a few minutes. The links also appear on your order confirmation page.
  • Online courses: instant access in your SaudiLingo account (My Courses), with a confirmation email.
  • Private lessons: an email with your lesson balance and your personal booking link. After you book, your Google Meet links arrive by email.
  • Gift cards: sent by email to you or to the person you chose, on the date you chose.

3. Delivery time

Delivery starts as soon as your payment is confirmed and normally takes less than five minutes. In rare cases a payment check by your bank can add a short delay.

4. If you can't find your order

  1. Check your spam, junk or promotions folder for an email from hello@saudilingo.com.
  2. Make sure the email address on your order is correct.
  3. Still nothing after 30 minutes? Email hello@saudilingo.com with your order number and we will re-send it.

5. Wrong email address

If you typed your email address incorrectly at checkout, contact us from the correct address with your order number and we will help you get your products.

6. Where we deliver

Because everything is digital, you can buy and use SaudiLingo products from any country where our payment methods are available.
