SaudiLingo helps learners speak real Saudi Arabic through digital products and private lessons. All products are electronic; by using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to use our content and services for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Products & Services
We offer:
- Digital products: eBooks (PDF) and audio lessons, delivered electronically
- Services: private one-on-one lessons and courses, booked and delivered online
No physical items are shipped.
3. Digital Product Delivery
After successful payment, digital products are delivered via email confirmation, a download link, or a QR code for audio access. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.
4. Private Lessons & Courses
Private lessons and courses are booked for a specific date/time or as part of an ongoing program. Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation terms are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility differs by product type (digital or service) and is detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by SaudiLingo — including eBooks, audio, video, and course materials — is protected by copyright. You may not share, distribute, upload, resell, or use our content for commercial purposes. Violations may result in legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
SaudiLingo is not responsible for misuse of content, delays or issues caused by user error (e.g., an incorrect email address), or technical issues outside our reasonable control.
