- Our books, audio and courses are for your own personal learning: please don't share or resell them.
- Digital products are delivered instantly and are not returnable. Lessons follow the 24-hour rule.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of saudilingo.com and to everything you buy from SaudiLingo. In these terms, "SaudiLingo", "we" and "us" mean the team that runs saudilingo.com. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. What we offer
- Digital products: books and mini books in PDF, audio tracks and downloadable materials.
- Online courses: self-paced video courses such as Speak Saudi Arabic A1, with workbooks, quizzes and a completion certificate.
- Private lessons: live one-to-one lessons on Google Meet with a SaudiLingo teacher, bought as lesson credits.
- Gift cards that can be used for any of the above.
We do not sell or ship physical goods.
3. Your order
Prices are shown in US dollars and include everything you need to pay unless the checkout says otherwise. Your bank may charge its own fees for international payments. An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order that was placed with a clear pricing error or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent.
4. Delivery and access
- Books and audio are delivered by email as download links, usually within minutes.
- Courses open in your SaudiLingo account straight after checkout. Course access is for the lifetime of the course and includes future updates to that course.
- Lesson credits appear in your balance and can be booked through the link we email you.
Please give a correct email address at checkout. If you don't receive anything within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us.
5. Private lessons
Lessons are booked for a fixed date and time. You can move or cancel a lesson free of charge more than 24 hours before it starts. Inside 24 hours, or if you don't attend, the lesson counts as taught, with one late cancellation allowed per student. Lesson credits never expire. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
6. Refunds
Digital products and courses are delivered instantly, so all sales are final and they cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, except where you were charged incorrectly or cannot access what you bought. See our Refund Policy.
7. Your licence to use our content
All books, audio, videos, workbooks, certificates, designs and the SaudiLingo name and logo belong to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own learning. You may not copy, share, upload, resell, translate, record or use our content to teach others or to train software, without our written permission. We may suspend access if these rules are broken.
8. Your account and conduct
You are responsible for keeping your account login private. Please be respectful to our teachers during lessons; we may end a lesson or refuse future bookings in case of abusive behaviour.
9. Results and certificates
Our materials are designed to help you speak everyday Saudi Arabic, but your progress depends on your own practice, so we cannot promise a particular level by a particular date. The SaudiLingo A1 certificate confirms that you completed our course and passed its final test; it is not a government or university qualification.
10. Liability
We provide the website and our products "as is" and work to keep them accurate and available, but we cannot promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or lesson involved, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
11. Third-party services
Our online store, payments, video calls, course hosting and file delivery are provided by trusted third-party service providers. Their own terms also apply when you use their services.
12. Resolving problems
If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it together. Nothing in these terms takes away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
