Lessons more than 24 hours away can be moved or cancelled here, and a cancelled lesson goes straight back to your balance. Inside 24 hours the hour is held for you alone, so the lesson counts as taught — with one exception: every student gets one late cancellation, once. After you have used it, the rule applies every time.
